GSK Clean-and-Dry Process
At GSK's Wusong River plant, Sujing CO2 integrated heating-and-cooling hot-air units were added as the main heat source for the bin-cleaning and drying process, replacing municipal steam. The units deliver 60-100 C heating and connect to the plant's 12/7 C chilled-water loop for simultaneous heating and cooling, reducing steam consumption and operating cost with an expected overall COP of 5.0.
