Special Seminar: Focus on Innovation to Drive High-Quality GrowthTo keep pace with industry trends, review the Equipment Branch’s product portfolio and core strengths, define future product layout, upgrade timelines and implementation plans, and resolve coordination bottlenecks in R&D, production and sales, Sujing Group held a product strategy workshop for the Equipment Branch on the morning of January 29 to advance the group’s overall strategic objectives.Zhou Chengming, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, Jiang Naijun, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager, together with other group executives, attended the meeting. Participants had thorough exchanges on R&D priorities, technical routes, resource coordination and market expansion, drawing clear strategic plans for follow-up research projects.Tang Maohua, General Manager of the Equipment Branch, delivered a report covering the current operation and development plans of multiple product lines, including air handling equipment, air conditioning units, rotary desiccant dehumidifiers and heat pump series, and outlined a complete product roadmap for the equipment business.Group leaders put forward targeted guidance based on the group’s development progress. Chairman Zhou Chengming pointed out that equipment products serve as Sujing’s second growth engine. He required the team to fully assess the market potential and technical feasibility of each R&D project, introduce more high-end R&D talents, and leverage the integrated R&D mechanism to accelerate the launch of marketable products from technical breakthroughs.General Manager Jiang Naijun urged the team to learn from past R&D experience and lessons. All new products shall pass rigorous technical and market evaluation to fit customer demands and market changes, enabling the establishment of an independent core technology system. Leaders also shared practical advice on supply chain stability, industry-university-research collaboration, strategic investment, intellectual property protection and production capacity sharing.This workshop aligned team objectives and built consensus, further refining the equipment product roadmap. Drums beat for the march, and oars pull to set sail. On February 24, the 8th day of the first lunar month, Sujing Envitec Environmental Equipment (Yancheng) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Envitec") officially resumed work and production. On March 4, 2026, Sujing Group held its 2026 Marketing Conference, attended by more than 130 managers and sales staff from the group and its subsidiaries. The meeting reviewed past market performance, analyzed current industry trends, and outlined key marketing priorities for 2026.      During the meeting, General Manager Jiang Naijun reviewed the company’s recent market performance. Despite challenging market conditions in recent years, the company achieved stable growth through strong teamwork and continuous innovation, successfully securing several key projects. At the same time, Sujing Group expanded into new business areas through new product development and technological advancements. For 2026, Mr. Jiang highlighted three strategic priorities: first, expanding overseas business with a focus on the Southeast Asian market; second, strengthening internal collaboration and resource integration across subsidiaries; and third, enhancing value-based and technical sales by providing customized solutions and developing multi-skilled sales professionals to better serve customers. On November 23, 2024, the 5th anniversary of the Xinjiang Branch of GCHEA and the 2024 Second Xinjiang Hotel "Carbon Neutrality and Carbon Peak" Training Forum were grandly held at the Yili Grand Hotel in Urumqi, Xinjiang. The theme of this conference is "Carbon Neutrality and Carbon Peak". Through training and exchanges, the latest hotel engineering technologies are shared to promote the development of the hotel engineering industry in Xinjiang, inspire the enthusiasm of the majority of chief engineers, promote advanced technologies, set an example, and create a team of high-quality and excellent chief engineers; spread positive energy, drive the improvement of the technical level and business capabilities of the chief engineers of hotels across Xinjiang, and enhance the cohesion and influence of the association.     This conference was hosted by the Xinjiang Branch of the Greater China Hotel Engineers Association. Participants in this event include not only the core team of the hotel/complex industry's preparatory projects, owners, general managers, and chief engineers, but also experts from hotel-related industry associations. On October 26, 2024, under the bright sunshine of October, the 7th Anniversary Celebration of Shandong Branch of Greater China Hotel Engineers Association and the Hotel Engineering Technology Forum hosted by Shandong Branch of Greater China Hotel Engineers Association was grandly held at Pullman Hotel Lushang, Linyi. With the theme of "Carbon Cable Green Vision, Wisdom to Help", the forum attracted nearly 300 professionals in the field of hotel engineering from all over the country to gather together to discuss the latest developments in hotel engineering technology and the future trend of green energy saving. This event is not only a grand celebration of the seven years of hard work and outstanding achievements of Shandong Branch, but also an in-depth exploration and forward-looking dialogue on the green, low-carbon and intelligent development of hotel engineering.     At the beginning of the meeting, all participants stood up and sang "Singing the Motherland" together. Recently, the Wuxi Municipal Science and Technology Bureau announced the list of Wuxi Innovation Consortiums to be built (cultivated) in 2024. The "Wuxi Water Quality Risk Control Advanced Technology and Equipment Innovation Consortium" led by Jiangsu Zhongyi Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (now renamed Jiangsu Water Pollution Control Equipment Technology Development Co., Ltd.), a subsidiary of Jiangsu Zhongyi Jinda Environmental Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., was successfully selected. The "Wuxi Water Quality Risk Control Advanced Technology and Equipment Innovation Consortium" selected this time was led by Jiangsu Zhongyi Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and jointly established by six member units including Jiangsu Zhongyi Jinda Environmental Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., Nanjing University Yixing Environmental Protection Research Institute, Zhongchi Water Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Jinshan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., and China Power Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. The consortium focuses on a number of key technologies, including new technologies for reducing the toxic effects of special pollutants on microorganisms, high-load engineering application technologies for new bioactive fillers, deep removal of total nitrogen from sewage, and low-concentration multi-component odor pollutant bio-enhanced purification technologies, aiming to smooth the full-chain development model of "technical research-achievement transformation-project incubation-industry cultivation-cluster development" and enhance the innovation capability and industrialization level of core technologies for water quality risk control. The innovation consortium aims at scientific and technological innovation and takes conquering key core technologies as its main task. The leading enterprises in the industry play a leading role and the government plays a guiding role. It integrates the innovation resources of upstream and downstream enterprises, universities and research institutes in the industrial chain, establishes a sound organizational structure and a perfect operating mechanism, builds an efficient and powerful R&D supply system for the industry, and ensures the effective connection between scientific and technological R&D supply and industrial technology needs.
