On March 4, 2026, Sujing Group held its 2026 Marketing Conference, attended by more than 130 managers and sales staff from the group and its subsidiaries. The meeting reviewed past market performance, analyzed current industry trends, and outlined key marketing priorities for 2026.

During the meeting, General Manager Jiang Naijun reviewed the company’s recent market performance. Despite challenging market conditions in recent years, the company achieved stable growth through strong teamwork and continuous innovation, successfully securing several key projects. At the same time, Sujing Group expanded into new business areas through new product development and technological advancements.
For 2026, Mr. Jiang highlighted three strategic priorities: first, expanding overseas business with a focus on the Southeast Asian market; second, strengthening internal collaboration and resource integration across subsidiaries; and third, enhancing value-based and technical sales by providing customized solutions and developing multi-skilled sales professionals to better serve customers.
Representatives from different business divisions also shared experiences in market expansion, technology upgrades, and multi-application product solutions. In addition, legal professionals were invited to provide training on contract management and compliance, helping the sales team strengthen risk management capabilities.

In his closing remarks, Chairman Zhou Chengming emphasized that Sujing Group remains committed to the energy-saving industry, focusing on long-term development through professional expertise and high-quality solutions that create value and contribute to a better environment. He also highlighted three key priorities for the company’s future development: continuous technological innovation, stronger market collaboration, and building a highly capable and motivated team through standardized management and employee development.
Facing a challenging market environment, he encouraged all team members to remain confident and leverage the company’s technical strengths and integrated industrial capabilities to achieve further growth.
The conference helped align goals and strengthen commitment across the organization. Moving forward, Sujing Group will continue adapting to market changes, promoting innovation and collaboration, and driving high-quality development toward becoming a globally competitive enterprise.
