Special Seminar: Focus on Innovation to Drive High-Quality Growth
To keep pace with industry trends, review the Equipment Branch’s product portfolio and core strengths, define future product layout, upgrade timelines and implementation plans, and resolve coordination bottlenecks in R&D, production and sales, Sujing Group held a product strategy workshop for the Equipment Branch on the morning of January 29 to advance the group’s overall strategic objectives.
Zhou Chengming, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, Jiang Naijun, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager, together with other group executives, attended the meeting. Staff from relevant functional departments of Chuangyuan Technology and Sujing Group, the management team of the Equipment Branch and senior R&D engineers also took part in the discussion. Participants had thorough exchanges on R&D priorities, technical routes, resource coordination and market expansion, drawing clear strategic plans for follow-up research projects.
Tang Maohua, General Manager of the Equipment Branch, delivered a report covering the current operation and development plans of multiple product lines, including air handling equipment, air conditioning units, rotary desiccant dehumidifiers and heat pump series, and outlined a complete product roadmap for the equipment business.
Group leaders put forward targeted guidance based on the group’s development progress. Chairman Zhou Chengming pointed out that equipment products serve as Sujing’s second growth engine. He required the team to fully assess the market potential and technical feasibility of each R&D project, introduce more high-end R&D talents, and leverage the integrated R&D mechanism to accelerate the launch of marketable products from technical breakthroughs.
General Manager Jiang Naijun urged the team to learn from past R&D experience and lessons. All new products shall pass rigorous technical and market evaluation to fit customer demands and market changes, enabling the establishment of an independent core technology system. Leaders also shared practical advice on supply chain stability, industry-university-research collaboration, strategic investment, intellectual property protection and production capacity sharing.
This workshop aligned team objectives and built consensus, further refining the equipment product roadmap. Adhering to the corporate ethos of "Unity, Diligence, Innovation, Pragmatism", Sujing Group will take technological innovation as the core driver and market demand as the guide to continuously sharpen the competitiveness of its equipment segment. The group will boost steady high-quality development and stride toward the long-term vision of building a century-old Sujing brand.
