3. Provide customers with guidance of on-site equipment installation commissioning and other technical support.
4. Solving various on-site technical problems encountered by customers.
5. Provide customers with on-site training on product installation, usage and maintenance of equipment.
After-sales service:
1. Real-time monitoring and active tracking of product operation through BMS remote data monitoring and management system, which is also available with multiple protections, accurate fault location, simple maintenance, data preservation, storage and backup;
2. Establish regular customer contact, on-site return visit procedures as well as regular on-site technical inspections.
3. Establish emergency response system to ensure product operation safety and fault handling.
4. Quick response: Arrive at the site within 72 hours after receiving the fault report call to diagnose and handle the fault.
