Netherlands Industrial Evaporation

For an industrial evaporation client in the Netherlands, Sujing replaced a 20 kW heat-pump system that could only provide 65-70 C water with a custom solution comprising two air-source high-temperature heat pumps and one CO2 water-source heat pump. The CE-compliant system provides 91-93 C water, supports 800 L/h process flow and accommodates 10-45 C inlet water, 10-15 m3 daily flow and outdoor temperatures down to -2 C. SJKRS-106II/C, SJKRS-73II/C and SJSRS-60II/C equipment combines stable high-temperature supply, efficient waste-heat recovery and R744 CO2 refrigerant for European industrial requirements.
