Shandong Lushuang Noodle Drying

This 1,000-square-metre noodle-drying workshop produces about 45 tonnes per day. The former coal-boiler and solar-thermal heat source was replaced by an air-energy system producing 55 C hot water, distributed through a 150-cubic-metre tank and fan-coil network. Top-mounted fans supply air while bottom exhaust fans remove moisture to meet the drying process requirements.
