Suzhou Capsule Wastewater Heat Recovery

A Suzhou capsule plant generates wastewater at around 40 C that must be cooled before biological treatment, while its production line requires 95 C hot water. A CO2 integrated heating-and-cooling unit recovers the wastewater heat to produce high-temperature water for the storage tank, offsetting part of the process heat demand.
