Wuxi Electroplating Heat Recovery
At an electronics-component electroplating facility in Wuxi, the plating tanks require up to 68 C and the final rinse requires 90 C hot water, while the workshop also needs year-round cooling. Three SJSRS-70II/C CO2 integrated heating-and-cooling units replace direct electric heating and part of the water-source chillers. They provide 90 C hot water to tank coils and rinsing while producing approximately 10 C chilled water to meet cooling demand.
