Xinxingyuan Relocation Community
Xinxingyuan is a 40,000-square-metre poverty-relocation community in Yangqu County. Its gas-boiler system was expensive and unreliable during heating seasons. In 2020, 22 SJK-48G/IILRD Sujing ultra-low-temperature air-source heat pumps were installed. At an electricity price of RMB 0.5/kWh, actual cost fell to RMB 16.33 per square metre, saving RMB 23.67 per square metre and about RMB 880,000 annually, while maintaining indoor temperatures above 22 C through two winters.
